About
Established in 1978, The Robbins Office, Inc. is led by founder Kathy Robbins and represents both fiction and nonfiction, with an emphasis in the latter category on narrative nonfiction, biography, memoir, history, and investigative reporting. Hands-on throughout the development and publication processes, we remain involved with our authors from the genesis of ideas to the packaging, marketing, and release of a writer’s work and beyond.
Many titles represented by The Robbins Office have become New York Times, national, and international bestsellers. Our clients have also been the recipients of such prestigious awards as the Pulitzer Prize, the National Book Award, the National Book Critics Circle Award, the J. Anthony Lukas Book Prize, George Polk Awards in Journalism, and the Society of American Historians’ Francis Parkman Prize.
